In November 2026, the dust-free low-temperature integrated injection workshop of plasticfastener focusing on outdoor new energy wiring harness plastic fasteners was officially put into production. The project introduced servo energy-saving injection molding machines, constant temperature raw material drying silos and full-automatic dust-free material strip conveying systems, focusing on 30% glass fiber reinforced PA66 weather-resistant expansion clips for fixing high & low voltage wiring harnesses of pure electric vehicles and assembly of distributed PV frame housings. The annual capacity of plastic clips increased by 38 million pieces.
A special plastic weather resistance test room is matched with the workshop, which can independently complete -40℃ low-temperature impact, 500h xenon lamp UV aging and tensile breaking strength tests. All finished goods fully meet RoHS2.0 and IEC61249 halogen-free environmental standards without bromine or heavy metal precipitation. Mass supply cooperation has been reached with 8 new energy wiring harness manufacturers and 6 PV module enterprises.

1. Closed-loop constant temperature raw material drying: Dehumidify glass fiber nylon at 110℃ for 6 hours to stably control water content ≤0.2% and eliminate low-temperature brittle crack; 2. Segmented low-temperature injection craft: Segment temperature control of barrel reduces glass fiber agglomeration and improves low-temperature toughness of clips without cracking under -40℃ impact; 3.
